Expert Witness

Converse provides expert witness/testimony to clients and legal firms for technical support. Our service areas may be required to provide expert opinions to support our clients’ legal position. Examples of expert support work include: water damage due to fire suppression system, environmental due diligence support, geotechnical failure evaluation, environmental agreement interpretation, permit appeal, groundwater contaminant source determination, well construction, indoor air chemical exposure evaluation, asbestos and mesothelioma causation, and mold source impact opinions.
