Mr. Eke is Chairman of the Board and Principal Environmental Scientist. Norman earned a degree in Environmental Studies from UC Santa Barbara. Mr. Eke is the Managing Officer in charge of environmental services in California. He is the lead member of the Financial Audit Committee. Mr. Eke is an active member and the former ASTM Sub Committee Chairman (2008-2016) of the ASTM E50.02 Real Estate Assessment and Management Sub Committee. Mr. Eke co-authored the ASTM Publication Technical Aspects of Phase I/II Environmental Sites Assessments.

Dr. Sivathasan is President and Principal Engineer for Converse Consultants. Siva earned his Masters and Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from the University of California, Davis. Dr Sivathasan is the Managing Officer in charge of Geotechnical Services and Material Testing and Inspection Services in California. He has been teaching undergraduate, graduate, and PE Exam review classes in Southern California for several years. He is also a subject matter expert for the California Board of Professional Engineers, Land Surveyors, and Geologists for geotechnical engineering exam development.

Mr. Goebel is a Senior Vice President, and Environmental Division Manager for Nevada. He earned an MS in Geology from the UNLV and is a State Certified Environmental Manager. He has been consulting since 1989 and has been with Converse since 1991. Kurt is pro-business and understands the business community, working with community leaders and clients and providing solutions for environmental issues. He serves, or has served in community positions as either president, chairman, or member of NAIOP (Government Affairs), IRWA, AWMA, ACEC (Environmental Sub Committee), GSN, and RMA.
Ruben Romero, MBA

Mr. Romero is the Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Senior Vice President for Converse Consultants. Ruben attended the University of Redlands where he received his Masters of Business Administration degree. As a corporate officer, he is responsible for the accounting, finance, payroll, collections and information technology departments. He is also the Chairman of the Technical Media Committee.
